The Golf Club at Star Ranch was designed by Bechtol & Russell Golf Design and Carter Morrish, of Jay Morrish & Associates. The course follows the natural rolling contours of the land, using the central lake and prevailing wind to create an experience both formidable and fun. Pick the right tee box, avoid the monster traps, and have an average day with the flatstick, and you should turn in a great score. The front nine plays like a links style course with wide open fairways and huge, strategically placed bunkers. The back nine is a little longer, tighter, and more demanding.
